Das Letzte Angebot scheint am preiswertesten, ist das selbe wie Angebot 2 jedoch nur halb so teuer...

Vielleicht mal bei einer Versicherung anfragen, bei meiner Omi die ein 50ccm3 Moped hatte konnte man sowohl für 1 Per. als auch für 2 Per. versichern.
Vielleicht ist das hier ähnlich.
